Good product. Using for a week. Till now satisfied. No complaints. Almost no audio lag. When we switch on later times after paired, it reconnect automatically but the sound output lil scratchy. We want to re-pair again. That only a draw back.

i ordered this product to be able to listen the audio of my TV straight into my wired headphones, i ordered this non battery t13 but got sent the new version which is an upgrade since that has its own battery. i did say this to the WhatsApp customer care and they said i can have it! cool people. after like 2 months, the right audio channel started to have some issues so i texted to the same WhatsApp customer care they said that they can ship me the original t13 ( the one i initially ordered) FOR ENTIRELY FREE OF COST! so i gave them my address but i accidentally gave the wrong pincode so the customer care had to reroute the package and it was an extra load of work for them yet they were really calm and helped me out instantly great respect to them alsoo the box in which it came was really cool! added with the great people at the customer care, the quality on the product and the customer care the customer care team and the company needs to be appreciated!!!! like the customer care is honestly the best in the world. its been a few months since ive received the product and no problems its works so perfectly also it seamlessly connects to devices. impressed by the kind nature of the customer care team i suggested this product and website to him and he is really happy with the product as well!. i mainly watch ‘CaseOh’ on the TV and this is just perfect to bridge my tv and my wired headphones. once again, say it with me BEST CUSTOMER CARE IN THE WORLD, THEY DEVSRVE AN AWARD NAMED CUSTOMER CARE OF THE YEAR! really recommend buying from melody media espically if something goes wrong you know the kind customer care service is always ready to help you out!
