I have been using this product, quite regularly since October 2020 and it is as it was, on Day one. Excellent sound reproduction for my Bluetooth-connected device, with zero latency. After nearly a gap of one and half years, I observed some amount of time getting wasted to pair up with the device, but that was resolved post a devise reset. Melody team, and special thanks to Amit, who helped me with the instructions to reset the device, even after the expiry of the warranty period. I would definitely recommend trying out this device for its simple working and excellent sound transmission to my Bluetooth devices. Thank you again.
