Your items should be at your door within 7-10 days of your order confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is in back order, shipping may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions to your location.
We are happy to assist you and manage your request for returns. Any issues related to returns or store credit, will be processed via email communication only (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our team will not be able to provide you with accurate information for a return or store credit request via phone calls or text messages. You can expect a response to your email within 48 hours with an update or a resolution.
RESTOCKING AND HANDLING FEE
For any order that is accepted for return, we issue store credit and charge a 35% restocking and handling fee.
- Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase (For example, if we receive your order on the 1st of November, the last day to be able to return your item(s) is 7th of November) in original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item(s).
- Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for store credit.
- If the product is not returned in its entirety or if the packaging/product has been damaged or the product has been unboxed, or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges on the store credit amount as applicable.
- If the product has been cleared (no damaged packaging, sealed unit, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), the full amount would be issued as store credit within 7-10 working days (minus the 35% restocking and handling fee).
- If the product has been ordered but it has not been shipped, then you can cancel the order and avail 100% store credit towards purchase of any other item available on melodymedia.in . Please note that we will not be able to refund the amount once order is placed.
- Due to the nature of high-end products we are authorised dealers /distributors for, not all products qualify for a return. In the event of a defective unit, the unit will be replaced with an identical unit. Furthermore, if we are unable to supply a replacement unit within 30-45 days, we will issue store credit.
- Once return & refund approved and processed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
